Welcome to Fairytale Films. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our videography and photography services, including services booked for sessions at Disneyland or surrounding areas.
By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Overview
Fairytale Films provides custom photography and videography services capturing family moments at Disneyland and surrounding areas. Our services are independent and are not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries.
2. Third-Party Booking
Booking is completed via a third-party service form. You may be required to provide personal information such as names, contact details, and preferences for the shoot. By using our services, you also agree to the third-party’s terms and privacy policies.
3. Photography & Videography of Children
We work with families and often photograph and film children. By booking with us, you confirm that you are the legal guardian of any minor(s) involved and you grant Fairytale Films the right to photograph and film them.
You retain the right to request that no images or videos be used for promotional or portfolio purposes.
4. Use of Media
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Fairytale Films reserves the right to use photographs and video clips for marketing, social media, website portfolio, or promotional materials.
You may request removal of media at any time by contacting us.
5. No Affiliation with Disney
Fairytale Films is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The Walt Disney Company, Disneyland, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The name “Disney” as well as related names, marks, emblems and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Fairytale Films is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or delays caused by third parties or events outside our control.
We are not liable for restricted photography policies enforced by Disneyland or park staff.
You are responsible for complying with Disneyland’s rules and policies regarding photography and videography.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Refunds or rescheduling are offered at our discretion and subject to availability.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida, United States of America.
